I have put together the answer to MY long search for the perfect bass guitar. It takes the correct tool to make it easy to express yourself. The basses I make have the correct combination of balance, playability, comfort, and sound. If you're interested in chatting about having an instrument created, please feel free to contact me... Do you buy your parts from a kit and screw them together? No. The instruments are made from scratch. How did this all start? My father had a very successful career as a tool and die designer. He worked with me and taught me all about tools and a good work ethic at a very early age. Growing up, I was always in the shop with my dad working on some sort of project or another. The mentoring he gave turned out to be a very valuable part of who I am today. My dad and I had talked on several occasions about making a bass guitar, partially because the bass guitars I was longing for were always out of my price range. The Winter of 2003 is when I started designing my first bass, taking all the attributes of all my favorite basses and incorporating it into one. My instrument would have to be comfortable to hold and play, sound GREAT, and built to withstand many years of use. I think I've succeeded, however you must be the judge...
